Orders are processed within five business days and shipped out within seven business days unless ordering a pre-order. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, and may vary depending on restock volume.

Shipping timelines are at the sole discretion of the owner.

Due to high order volume, orders are processed and shipped in batches, which may cause delays.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. ʻAuamo is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped. If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout and the order is returned, a $10 reshipment fee will apply.
